Very nice people, got my,stuff and out.
Didn't know what they had how much it was if it was in stock or anything. Then there was a pair of boots that they had online that were cheaper but I couldn't get them in the store for the same price and they were the same boot. On top of that the only time it was good was when I called the actual number to order something from them. This place is a disaster and it looks like a mess. This place is not the place to go if you're EMS or fire or perhaps even police because they didn't have anything that I really needed. Best to shop somewhere else.
I returned today and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! Please keep up the great work!!
This particular location does not carry very many options for smaller women's sizes. The staff that were on duty, when I was there, were not super helpful and seemed put out to answer questions or take measurements.
***I have been standing in the lobby for ten minutes. I’m the only one in the lobby and none of the three staff have said a word to me. I’ve checked in to the mobile kiosk (which another customer told me about) and I have no idea what I’m waiting for. Very poor experience.***
