The lady that my family tried to work with was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were trying to get quotes for my wedding and the lady wouldn't even work with us because we didn't have a business license. I'm not sure how she stays in business, but I wouldn't recommend going here.

I am beyond upset. My wedding is 30 days away from today. My fiancé and I made an appointment and arranged to purchase a bridal bouquet and a boutonniere. Our quoted ticket price was just above $100, not very expensive at all. We were told to just call a couple weeks prior to our wedding date to pay in full. I decided to call a bit earlier than I was instructed to and do it today. I get a call back from the woman that we had the initial appointment with months ago and was told that I should've put a down payment down and she didn't really think that we were going to go with their shop... Had we ever, ever, ever been told to put down any sort of payment, especially on such a minimal amount, we would have absolutely done it. I did exactly as I was told and called to pay in full and was told my order wasn't even kept and they can't correct the mistake because the dates are already booked. I understand that mistakes are made. I understand there are miscommunications. This whole debacle was more than that. I was almost made to feel like I was negligent or lying even about what she had told me to do. I literally just got off the phone with them and I am just in tears. I guess I could understand the throwing away of the order if they weren't sure I was going with them and they maybe called and confirmed before throwing my order for my bouquet on the most important day of my life, but no. They just assumed and now I have 30 days to find a florist. So disappointed.
You simply created the most breathtaking floral arrangements for my wedding day...They were SO gorgeous, and I cannot thank you enough! You took my vision and RAN WITH IT, and it was FANTASTIC!
I ordered a ten plant basket from this NKC storefront to be delivered out of state. A five plant basket was delivered from one of Tanan's affiliates in Ohio. I returned to the NKC storefront to request a payment adjustment. Terry a Tanan's employee, very very rudely with many loud repetitive "you're not listening to me " interruptions, refused to acknowledge a costly mistake was made. I paid for 10 items and received 5 for my money. She said 6" plants were used instead of 4". She whined and said she wished that when her husband's best friend died that she would have received a similar arrangement for the cost.
There is no other florist that compares to Tanan Floral!
My wife loved their flowers which says a lot since she used to work for a floral shop. They did a great job with my special request a having flowers delivered every Monday for a month (FYI - a lot of online flower businesses overnight orders, which means no Monday deliveries). They kept everything straight (which arrangement, card, where to deliver to, payment info, etc). My only suggestion: although there would be millions of possible arrangements, some general pictures to help explain what I would like done would be very helpful. They did a pretty good job in asking questions to figure out what my wife would like, but I felt that pictures would have been easier. Thankfully they found an employee that knew what questions to ask.
