Love the doctors and nurses here, I've been going to them for almost 12 years and have never had a bad experience! I've seen four of their doctors and loved them!
If I could put no stars on the review I would. When I found out I was pregnant in 2014 I immediately started to look for doctors that dealt with high risk patient. In 2012 I lost my son due to placenta abruption at 26 wks. I called this office and explained to them my siltation and they referred me to Dr. Morgan. I live 2 hours from his office but I wanted the best care for me and my child. Ever time I went in there I always had to repeat myself. He would ask why I drove so far to come see him and I always stated because im a high risk patient. I had to remind him to schedule my ultrasound at my 16wk check up so I could have my ultra sound done at 20 weeks, my visits never lasted longer than 5 min and I had remind him to set my C-section date because I was 2 months away from having my daughter. He did nothing different to treat me as a high risk patient. So I asked him what he does differently for high risk patient. He looked at me and said "well your ultrasound pictures look great so your not considered high risk". ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Needles to say my next doctors appointment I scheduled with Dr. Newman which is when I started going ever 2wks. Well I never made it to see Dr. Newman because I went into labor 12 days after my last doctors app with Dr. Morgan. I was 31 weeks and 4 days. The hospital my daughter was delivered at informed me that I should have been given a shot every week starting at 16wks to prevent me from going into preterm labor and that I should have been motored way more than I was. Dr. Newman did call me the day I had my daughter to check up on me and make sure I was okay and to see how my proses in labor was going and to see if my baby was doing good. The hospital did call me multiple time after having my daughter saying they needed my info for my c- section. I told them my information was not needed because my daughter was already here and I did not need there services any more. They said they would cancel my c- section but they never did so I got calls for 2 months. My daughter is now almost a year old and healthy. I will now continue to go to the Women's and Children's Hospital in Columbia MO where my daughter was born and spent spent her first 1st month and 1/2 in the NICU thanks to Dr. Morgan not doing his job correctly!!
We found out my wife was 25 weeks pregnant three days ago (medical issues prevented us from knowing sooner) when I called nearly frantic trying to set up an appointment and explained we had not gotten any care thus far they told me they had an appointment "late in October." This place is a joke. Not sure why front office staff are making medical decisions would be interested to know what a DOCTOR thinks about this.
Whelp since them or any other clinic isn't open on Saturdays or during evening hours and I can't take off work I guess I'll order the medication illegally. Thanks for your terrible hours.
They wouldn't take me the second time because they didn't tell me I needed my money upfront the second time because the first time they sent my bill in the mail. So I'm going my separate way from these poor service people.
