Had Danny Napier come out to cable our drains, since flushing slowly, and he gave a lot of great advice and was very courteous. Within a few weeks, the lines were backing up into the tub (maybe related, maybe not). Danny came back out within hours of us calling to report this, and re-cabled everything and made sure we were running again. And they didn't charge anything!

Absolutely a class act and great company. I called with a toilet emergency at 3:30 in the morning, and Danny was on call; he walked me through some safeguards I could take to shut off my water while they cleared a spot in their schedule for later that day to fix the problem.
Later on that day, Danny was the plumber to respond in person as well. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and friendly to me and my family (and very accommodating to the fact that I had a curious three year-old who wanted to ask a million questions about what was going on).
