Busy, but fast and clean during lunch
I always forget this place is there but when i do i get happy. Its a great spot right next to a park and the local YMCA. The food is consistently good for a fast food joint. The employees could be a little more friendly. They always look and act like they hate being there which impacts the overall experience.
Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, asked if they had the $5.00 A1 Burger Deal available. Employee mumbled something, then said "wait a minute". After a couple of minutes, the employee said "what did you ask for?" I repeated, the employee mumbled something about checking so we advised to cancel and drove off. Overall, poor customer service! North Oak DQ doesn't have that problem!
Went to pickup lunch. The car order two cars ahead took forever to get to them after that the line became more acceptable but with the extra time anything less would make this a one star. The food was acceptable. Burger was good , Dairy Queen fries are usually just fair. The sundae is just ice cream with a topping on it, but dairy Queen has solid soft serve so it's good. Overall value is decent i.e. on par with competition. Another time they might get 4 stars but the longer wait drops it 1 for this visit.

Was quick service, good food. Clean store and really nice bathroom. Only complaint is that the 5 buck box chicken strips were the size if nuggets
