First time renting from Avis, definitely won't be the last. Fantastic experience.
Nice guy at the cashier, turned out to be the owner. Good shop with a small town feel. Fast service and clean car. Just double check the gas next time! Seven eights tank is not full! With gas prices so low, it wasn't worth arguing over 4 or 5 bucks in gas. If I return to KC, I would use them again for my rental car.
