5. Fortunately, AVIS - just down the street - had the vehicle size I needed. It was clean and wound up to be less expensive than the Enterprise price.
Fast friendly service but very limited car selection and the car I was given was filthy inside and out, looked like it had never been washed or cleaned, and smelled bad.

4. The staff at the Burlington Street store did nothing to try to correct the situation.
It's conveniently located. We rented for 2 weeks and were able to leave our vehicle. Quick easy pick up and drop off. No problems with the van.
Planned a nice weekend get away with my family. Went pick up the rental car only to have Enterprise tell me that they had no cars available. But Alamo to the rescue. Even got a better car.
3. The tires were not even fully inflated. Moments after pulling onto the street, the system alerted me to two tires that were under-inflated.
2. The vehicle was FILTHY. The staff had not cleaned the car prior to my arrival and so I waited while they cleaned it up - a little. After driving off the lot, I began to smell what could only have been cigarette smoke deeply saturated into the fabric of the seats/carpet. It reeked!
1. The store confirmed my reservation, but on arrival they did not have the large SUV I had been confirmed for. They gave me a choice between a smaller SUV and a pickup truck. Neither of which suited my needs.
