Clean, but no hours posted, nobody seems to know when they are open,? Getting a dog back is pretty difficult process...
I couldn't disagree more with the one-star review. The employees I worked with to adopt my cat were excellent at communications-we talked several times on the phone and in person. During the interview process they were thorough and clearly wanted what's best for the cat. The facility was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Thank you NKC animal control for what you do-now I get to spoil an amazing, beautiful kitty!

Every time I've called no one calls me back! And they only pick up animals at their leisure?
Terrible employees. Manager is unresponsive. Service provided is laughable and ineffective.
