The most incompetent office I have ever visited. Screwed my title process that took over three months because the clerk wanting to do many things at the same time didn’t write right the VIN number when submitting it to the government for name transfer. Also screwed a friend of mine with another similar situation. Whoever is in charge at an upper level in the government for supervising this place, move your fat ass and do something because they are screwing customers with all sort of mistakes that cost TIME AND MONEY.

These people do a great job! Small office with a small staff, but they handle people in a very professional and efficient manner. I have used this office 3 times in the last year, and each time they took care of me very quickly and efficiently. Twice, I was in and out in less than 7 minutes, and today, the line was out the door, but I still got through in less than 15 minutes. You can't EVER say that about the State run office downtown!! This is a privately-run fee office, and it costs a couple of bucks more, but it's far better than waiting 2-3 hours downtown only to be treated rudely when it is finally your turn. Do your homework ahead of time, come in prepared with all the supporting documents you need, and you will be surprised how quickly you get in and out! Thanks to the well organized staff at this office for continued great experiences! :-)
I've always has extreme anxiety going to DMV's and I had the best experience at this location. I was assisted by Sara D, she saw that the office was getting pretty full and pulled me out of line to help out. She was assuring and professional. I cannot express how relieved I am that there are people like Sara working at DMVs. It is rare to see happy faces in DMVs but everyone working had the brightest expressions on their faces. I hope I never have to go to any other DMV. Thank's Sara and your amazing team!
